Cancellation policy

Customers subscribed to recurring delivery products may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions can be managed through the customer account section or by contacting customer support.

Cancellations made after a recurring payment has been processed will apply to future billing cycles and will not affect already processed orders.

Goldentag reserves the right to cancel subscriptions in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
