Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the request has been reviewed and approved.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
